fish fillets poached in milk, with bay and peppercorns, then placed under a grill with a breadcrumb and parmesan hat. Roast marrow with oregano and coriander (yum) and long grain rain (cooked in milk/water poaching liquid from fish).
This is a simple record of the meals i cook for my kids - 2 boys, ages 4 and 8. The eldest is allergic to nuts and some fish, sesame, peas, and to uncooked dairy and eggs. I am coeliac, so some recipes are gluten free, or can be adjusted to suit me.
